Warehousing
This is the common name to describe all the activities that can be done inside a warehouse or distribution center, which can be only storage or many more operations on the goods.
Pick & Pack
If the items stored in the logistics warehouse are managed at piece level, it is required to perform the activity of pick & pack, driven by a warehouse management system (WMS).
Cross-Docking
The cross-docking practice can be adopted to gather together goods coming from different suppliers in different parts of the world, minimising storage time.
Stock Carton Box
Stocking items in carton boxes is a good alternative to steel stable structures. Much cheaper and ensures good conditions of the items stocked inside.
Stock Shelf
Loading units arranged on steel stable structures create a better image of the warehouse storage, offering higher investment but better organisation and visibility.
Stock GOH
Garments on hangers require specific management in all warehousing steps. They are moved with moving racks and stored on shelves with horizontal bars.
Tidiness
Tidiness is not just an adjective — it is a way of working and the image of a company. We deeply believe that working in a tidy manner keeps the logistics site in order.
High Density Storage
When managing products by pallet with a limited number of SKUs, we equip the logistics site with pallet shelving for maximum space utilisation.
VAS
Value Added Services are part of standard operations in China. From import to export there is a wide range of compulsory and optional VAS to comply with the law and client requirements.
Consumable Management
Consumables are paramount in the warehouse. We keep their inventory under control, set re-order points, and analyse weekly consumption to match replenishment timing.
Visual Tools Management
Visual tools and furniture used to promote new collections in retail stores. We developed this warehousing service for one of our most important fashion clients.
Security
All our warehouses are equipped with surveillance cameras, external 24h surveillance, security guards at the gate, and RX scanners for personnel control on high-value merchandise sites.
Chinese Labels Setup
Every product imported in China must show a compliant Chinese label (CIQ label) with all mandatory information. We manage the full setup: regulations, design, master database, and execution.
Reverse Logistics
Return management, return transportation arrangement, quantity and quality check. An increasingly critical step as sales volumes become harder to forecast.
KPI
A Key Performance Indicator is a measurable value demonstrating how effectively a company is achieving key business objectives. We define and monitor KPIs at every level of the operation.
Shop Inventory Management
Frequent stock-taking activities in retail stores ensure accuracy between POS data and physical inventory, supporting replenishment planning and loss prevention.
Logistics Contract
The logistics contract is the first important step before starting cooperation with a 3PL or 4PL. We guide clients through strategic clauses, service levels, and tariff structures.
Specialized in Start-Up
We are experts in start-up, creating from zero the right environment to provide logistics services. One of our best performances was the Lingang start-up opened without advance notice.
Warehouse Design and Layout
With our team of architects and engineers we design warehouse layouts and run effective distribution center operations from the ground up.
Warehouse Research
Every time a new logistics warehouse is needed, we perform accurate research of warehouse space, study the correct location, and negotiate with landlords to get the best conditions.
Equipment
We deal with local suppliers to purchase new and second-hand warehouse equipment and consumables, always looking for the best price and correct quality.
Fabric Control
Checking of the most common problems of fabrics: appearance, color, handfeel, color shading between different parts of the same roll and among rolls.
In-Line Inspections
Set-up of in-line inspections all over China, with extraordinary teams available in the Philippines and Vietnam. Includes training to understand the quality standards expected by clients.
Final Inspections
Goods received from suppliers are unloaded and divided by items. Merchandise can be packaged in polybags or unpackaged depending on the percentage of controls decided by the client.
Packaging
Checking of the most common packaging problems: appearance, labelling compliance, hangtag positioning, polybag integrity, and box construction quality.
Reparations
On-site reparation of defective garments to recover goods that would otherwise be rejected. We manage reparation teams directly in factories and logistics sites.
Ironing
Setup of both small ironing corners and large industrial areas up to 50 machines. Ironing activities can be spot operations to solve quality problems or stable standard operations on all batches received.
Suppliers Research & PO Management
Support for the research of suppliers able to produce desired products — knitwear, woven, and accessories. Locations: China, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, India, Indonesia, Bangladesh.
Transportation
All kinds of transportation services through reliable and selected partners: air freight, sea freight, road and rail, intermodal and multimodal. Strategic analysis based on real client needs.
Worldwide Shipments
Many years of experience in international shipping, especially from Shanghai airport and the main port of Yangshan. Door-to-door service for Asia and worldwide destinations.
Customs Clearances
The Chinese importer gathers documents for importing goods and provides them to Chinese Customs agents. We manage the full customs clearance and CIQ declaration process.
Customized Shipments
We satisfy any kind of customization related to packaging a shipment of goods from the logistics warehouse: items packed in boxes of any size, with different levels of safety precaution.
Free Trade Zone
Many years of experience managing logistics sites within Shanghai customs areas. Bonded areas have standard mandatory procedures we know thoroughly, from Yangshan to Lingang FTZ.
